When I first started coaching things seemed to fall in place magically for me. I attracted thirty clients in 60 days when I was nursing a new born. I seemed to have the Midas Touch, everything seemed to always work out.

As coaches started to show up asking me to help them create what I was creating.
I began to see some interesting patterns of when coaches would also seem to have things work for them, and also patterns when no matter what they seemed to do it just did not pan out.

As I helped these coaches look at these patterns, I started to notice that there was a powerful connection between the "outside" reality of what they were experiencing and the beliefs and patterns at an inner level that seemed to continue the cycle of what they did not want to experience.

This was true when things seemed to be working and when they weren't! There were always patterns of thoughts/beliefs that were mirroring the outer manifestations!

I began to find the ways to help them interrupt these patterns that were not serving them and activate the patterns that would support the manifestations they wanted!  It worked time and time again.

Through this real life application of the tools I began to create the system that brought it all together!

When  these coaches saw that it was simply a matter of using a systems approach to making the changes at an inner level coupled with the changes needed in action,  they were amazed at how fast things turned around for them in their coaching business!

I hear coaches say to me, Sharon I am stuck, I can't seem to get out of this rut!

Maybe the rut for them is that they have reached a kind of a glass ceiling on how much money they are making or the kinds of clients they are attracting and they just don't know what they need to do next.

Maybe they don't even know what is holding them back is they have old beliefs that are sabotaging them when they talk to people. They feel uncomfortable "selling" and they feel like the don't want to manipulate or "sell" people so they don't really have a process that is effective for them.

The problem is that most coach training programs teach one or the other approach.

They often don't provide the hands on support to really help you make these changes that will dramatically impact your ability to be effective as a coach in coaching others AND in having a viable business. They are in many ways the same skills!

Often coaching programs don't offer this integrated approach and focus more on the technical aspects of coaching someone. 

My experience is that the first step that is needed most when you are learning to coach  or want to go to the next level of your power in your coaching business is for you to fine-tune your own ability to manifest!

Then you can better be able to activate that ability in others.
